Gridded Fruits was an experimental project in which we explored grid and printing techniques. Each person chose a fruit and realized it with different analog and digital grids. The focus was on experimenting with grid structures and their visual effect. The end product was a book with a collection of all the fruits in different variations.
In the realization, the fruits were drawn analog from grids or images were edited and digitally rasterized using line, dot or special grids. Each person had their own color design in the book, and in groups of two we were able to design two blue/gold screen-printed pages. The project was characterized by the combination of the variety of techniques and experimental design.
